Where we place
We work the Gulf and Europe differently, because the rules are different. Gulf placements move on sponsor visas and embassy-attested demand letters. European placements move on work permits, and take longer — we tell you which timeline you are actually on before you commit.
Bulk and single-position hiring for contracting, oil & gas, facility management, hospitality and domestic sectors. Mobilisation typically 30–60 days from attested demand letter.
Work-permit routes for construction, logistics, agriculture, healthcare and hospitality. Longer lead time — usually 90–150 days including permit approval, appointment and visa. EU labour protections apply in member states; the Western Balkan routes run on their own national permit rules.
What we supply
Every candidate is trade tested before he reaches your shortlist. Where a practical test is not possible in Kurnool, we arrange it at an approved centre in Hyderabad, Chennai or Mumbai and send you the video.
How a placement runs
Indian emigration law fixes the sequence — a step skipped early becomes a worker stuck at the airport later. This is the order we work in, and the order we report progress in.
You send the demand letter, job order and specimen employment contract on company letterhead, with wages, hours, accommodation and ticket terms stated.
Documents are attested at the Indian Embassy or Consulate in your country and a power of attorney is issued in our favour.
The job order is registered on the Government of India eMigrate portal against our recruitment licence before any candidate is approached.
We advertise, screen and build the panel from our own database across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and neighbouring states.
Practical trade test plus interview — in person at your convenience, or by video with recorded evidence sent for your approval.
GAMCA/Wafid medical at an approved centre, police clearance certificate, and document verification against the passport.
Visa stamping followed by POE emigration clearance for ECR passport holders. Nothing is booked until clearance is granted.
Pre-departure orientation on the contract and destination, ticketing, airport assistance, and a follow-up call after the worker joins.

Recruitment is counted in headcount, but it is lived one person at a time. The man who signs a contract in our Kurnool office is leaving his children for two years to work in a country he has never seen. He deserves to know exactly what he has agreed to before he boards that flight.
So we read the contract to him in his own language — Telugu or Urdu — line by line: the salary, the hours, the overtime, who pays for accommodation, who pays for the return ticket. We do not take money from a worker for a job that is not registered under our licence. If a candidate is not right for a position, we tell him so instead of sending him and hoping.
To employers, that discipline is not sentiment — it is the reason our workers stay. A man who understood his terms before departure does not abandon your site in the third month. Where a timeline is not realistic, we say so at the job-order stage, even when an honest answer costs us the order.
